TUITION
Annual Tuition
Annual tuition is $3,500 for the first child enrolled from a family. The tuition for the second child from the same family is $3,400. Additional children will cost $3,300 per child. A non-refundable $25 application fee, payable with the application, is required for each student. A non-refundable $80 registration/HASA/book and technology fee is required for each new and re-enrolling family, payable with the contract. There is a withdrawal fee equal to one month's tuition if a student transfers during the school year. (See contract for specific details about the fee.) Two payment options are available: the advance payment plan and the installment plan.
All tuition responsibilities must be met promptly by each parent of a BCS student. Failure to make a monthly payment by the end of the grace period will result in the student being withheld from school until the obligation is met. Chronic failure to fulfill tuition arrangements may result in termination of enrollment. No report card will be issued to a parent who has a delinquent account.
The final payment of the school year is due April 10 and must be submitted in the form of a money order or official cashier check (from your bank). A personal check cannot be accepted for the final tuition payment.
Overdue Tuition Policy
If a tuition payment is unpaid and overdue, the school's Tuition Accounts Manager will issue a letter stating that the payment is due by a particular date. Failure to make a monthly payment by the end of the grace period will result in the student being withheld from school until the obligation is met. If the child will miss five (5) consecutive days of school due to tuition non-payment, the child will be asked to leave Baltimore Christian School and seek schooling elsewhere.
The Advance Payment Plan
You will receive a $200 discount if the entire year's full tuition ($3500.00) is paid in advance. As noted above, there is a withdrawal fee for transfer during the school year. To participate in the advance payment plan, make your check or money order payable to Baltimore Christian School and mail it to:
